2023 simple sessions with kristine
Simple sessions are just what they sound like.... SIMPLE! We get to hangout for 10 minutes and that's it! You'll get to select your 5 favorite images through your private online gallery.
This fall, I will be traveling across the US with my family so I will need to fly home in order to churn out all of these sessions. There is one day for northern CA and one day for the SF/Bay Area. I will be traveling until June 2024 so if you're looking for to get onto my calendar, this is your one and only chance!
here's the scoop...
Simple sessions produce more traditional & posed type moments than the magic that I am known for. I shoot these sessions in open shade, unlike my sun kissed sessions you might see on social media. My best work is created during golden hour and I no longer have the ability to host simple sessions during golden hour. Most simple session clients are just hoping for 1-2 photos for a holiday card. I offer more than the 5 digital images included but keep in mind that simple session clients can only walk away with a maximum of 30 images for almost the same investment as a full session.
If you’re on the hunt for more adventurous & candid moments, unique landscapes, beautiful lighting, styling assistance, enhanced editing and 50+ carefree lifestyle portraits to choose from, you’re going to want to book a full session with me instead. If you’re planning to seriously invest in the outfits you are wearing to portraits I would be so sad to only spend 10 minutes with your adorable family. I would whole heartedly suggest spending an entire sunset with me so I can capture your family properly.

ARE THESE THE SAME AS MINI SESSIONS?
Yes! Gone are the days of calling my annual sessions mini sessions. They are not at all mini. You can make your simple session as mini or as mega as you'd like. Some people spend more on upgrading their mini than my full session clients.
WHAT ALL IS INCLUDED?
I mean, my time, my travel & my talent but the short version is: 10 minutes. 5 images.
If you need more time, more finished images to choose from or more family members in the frame please consider one of my regular family sessions.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
All simple session require a retainer to reserve your spot. The remainder is due on the day of your simple session. Any optional upgrades are handled upon booking or through your gallery.
