Simple sessions are perfect for families who have never been photographed before or who are looking to try out my services for the first time. We hang out for 10 minutes and you select your 5 favorite images through your private online gallery.

ARE YOU STILL WITH ME?
I'm just going to be honest...
These quick sessions produce more traditional & posed type moments than I am known for. I shoot these sessions in open shade, unlike my sun kissed sessions you might see on social media. Most of my best work is created during golden hour and I no longer have the ability to host simple sessions during golden hour. Most of these clients are searching for 1-2 photos for a holiday card. I offer the option to upgrade to more than 5 images but keep in mind a simple session client will walk away with a maximum of 30 images for almost the same investment as a full session.
If you’re on the hunt for more adventurous & candid moments, unique landscapes, beautiful lighting, styling assistance, enhanced editing and 50+ carefree lifestyle portraits to choose from, you’re going to want to book a full session with me instead. If you’re planning to seriously invest in the outfits you are wearing to portraits I would be so sad to only spend 10 minutes with your adorable family.
I would whole heartedly suggest spending an entire sunset with me so I can capture your family properly.

ARE THESE THE SAME AS MINI SESSIONS?
Yes! Gone are the days of calling my annual sessions mini sessions. They are not at all mini. You can make your simple session as mini or as mega as you'd like. Some people spend more on upgrading their mini than my full session clients.
WHAT ALL IS INCLUDED?
I mean, my time, my travel & my talent but the short version is: 10 minutes. 5 images.
If you need more time, more finished images to choose from or more family members in the frame please consider one of my regular family sessions.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
All simple session require a retainer to reserve your spot. The remainder is due on the day of your simple session. Any optional upgrades are handled upon booking or through your gallery.
